If you are absolutely 100% sure you have finished having children, then you can do silicone. I do not know that anyone has done enough research on silicone and what would happen if it has seeped into the area of breast and / or obtained in milk. Saline is salt water and your body absorb without problem. I personally have a saline solution and are under the muscle and through the nipple. I do not know you could have through the armpit or belly button, when I got mine 4 years ago, or would have done.
