I am considering a breast reduction. Anyone have any information?

I am a 38DD, and I am considering a breast reduction to relieve back natural neck and shoulder pain that I, as well as being able to have shirts really convenient. Has anyone had this procedure done and if so, some advice? I am very concerned about the scars and heard the liposuction technique is the scar and is indeed better in the healing process. Any advice?
